How Playing Doubles Can Help Kids

Playing doubles is very helpful to young players for many reasons. It helps them improve their volleying ability, and the quicker points force kids to be aggressive and take more risk. It also helps kids sharpen their instincts and allows them to work on serving and going to the net.

Doubles in general is more fun and social than singles, and is a great way for kids to play as a team, communicate and enjoy tennis while working on their game in a more relaxing atmosphere.
